Our raw honey is strained to remove large wax particles, but not pollen or other natural components. Experience all the complex flavors natural honey has to offer.

We extract all of our honey and cut our honeycomb ourselves, by hand, on our family farm in Hartland, MI. Honeycomb includes both beeswax and honey and is fully edible. Enjoy the unique taste and texture of honeycomb on a salad, with bread, as part of a cheese plate, inside your favorite pastries, or even just by itself.
